summary(object, useBootstrapsForPP = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

object

an object of S3 class "H2Analysis" returned from a previous call to estimateH2.
useBootstrapsForPP

logical indicating weather bootstrap confidence intervals should be used for the PP estimates; defaults to FALSE, in which case the confidence intervals are estimated based on an F-statistic.
...

additional arguments passed to the summary.PP and summary.POUMM functions
